The office market continues to be challenging, however, there is demand for alternative uses and this 2,600 sq. ft ground floor former office proved an ideal location for a pre-school children’s activity centre. New lease terms were agreed on behalf of the landlord and the premises were soon up and running with Pickle & Bean Limited taking occupation and expanding their existing local business.
