Our approach reflects a long-term commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate and ensuring our business practices have a positive and meaningful impact. Community engagement forms a core part of our corporate responsibility and at the heart of our community lies the outstanding educational facilities that Southwest London has to offer. We believe a strong education begins with the right resources, which is why we donate essential stationery supplies and actively support local school events.

We are also committed to investing in local sport as a means of promoting teamwork and wellbeing. As sponsors of  Richmond Rugby Club and Abbey Rangers Football Club , we support the positive impact these organisations have within the community. Updates on our sponsorship activity can be found on our LinkedIn page here.

Our commitment to teamwork extends internally through our annual participation in the JLL Property Triathlon which supports a different nominated charity each year. We are proud to contribute and take part as a team.

In addition to our local initiatives, we support international development projects through Tearfund, a charity based in Teddington. Our funding has helped deliver sustainable programmes in Malawi by supporting communities affected by climate change through improved water sanitation, livestock management and resilience-building initiatives.

At Snellers, we are committed to making a meaningful, long-term contribution to the communities we serve. Through responsible partnerships and targeted initiatives, we continue to support positive social impact both locally and internationally.

Areas We Cover

“Keval and the team were incredibly helpful during our commercial office move in February 2025. Being a remote office of an international company, we have no local inhouse expertise with UK property and no understanding of our dilapidation obligations under UK law. This was intimidating for us as the office we were vacating had many lives during our 40 years of occupation, including being a commercial office, call centre, training centre with culinary facilities to train staff on plating and serving food – it was not a conventional office move and there was much bespoke infrastructure to address on departure. Keval was very helpful in advising on what we had to do and in what order to make our exit smooth. He was also tireless in negotiating a settlement with our landlord to get us the best dilapidation outcome on departure. Without Keval’s professional expertise, persistence and support, we would have been less organised and overspent on exit. He was an immensely helpful and reassuring presence through what was a very unfamiliar and bureaucratic process for us. If you are moving and know nothing about dilapidations and exiting a commercial lease, give Snellers a call today. ”

Head of Planning and Performance UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa – Qantas International

“Chhaya provided a Capital Gains Tax valuation for our commercial/residential property. Despite all the challenges of researching 1982 valuations during the Covid lockdown Chhaya was very persistent and managed to visit the British Library to obtain historical prices and provide a comprehensive report that met our needs. Thanks Chhaya, I would highly recommend your work!”

Client – Valuations

“Over the last 12 years we have used Snellers as both Maintenance Agent for our portfolio of Residential Properties and Letting Agent for our portfolio of Commercial Properties. We have been extremely impressed by the efficient and very personal service that we have received over the years and can wholeheartedly recommend Snellers as a company to do business with.”

Managing Director – Mutual Real Estate

“The Canute Group engaged Sneller Commercial to act on our behalf for a complicated roof repair on a leased property within the group. They ensured that the scope of works was properly determined and correctly detailed with the landlord; engaged the most appropriate contractors; negotiated a most acceptable price for the repairs and supervised the project through to completion. We will certainly make use of their skills again.”

Director – The Canute Group

“Snellers Limited manages 14 properties on our behalf and has done so for nearly fourteen years. Their duties include the collection of rents, administration of service charge accounts, organisation of repairs and building insurance. They also provide valuation and professional advice on a variety of matters including our property portfolio. Their professional approach in all these areas has helped to enormously enhance and significantly improve the performance of our property portfolio.”
