This Monday marked our Director, Chhaya Pankhania’s, 15th year at Sneller Commercial!
Chhaya said “I was pleasantly reminded of my 15-year work anniversary when I found a box of very nice chocolates and a card on my desk this morning. Since my time at Snellers, there has been a long list of global events that have impacted valuations such as the Global recession, Brexit, the Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the September 2022 mini-budget, and the Iran war (to name a few). It has been interesting to witness the cyclical nature of property, the highs and lows, and how the wider global economy impacts property at a micro level. It has been a pleasure to pick up landlord and tenant matters for retained clients, now having acted 2, 3 or 4 times over the years and observe as their assets grow. Work for me is still as exciting today as it was on day one. I am proud to work in a great industry that is challenging yet rewarding.”
We want to say a massive thank you to Chhaya for all the hard work, commitment and dedication she has put into the company over the years, as she has truly made the business thrive.
