Following expiry of the lease to Nationwide Building Society in the heart of Kingston, Sneller Commercial were instructed by the landlords, British Land, to secure a new lease with a former sub tenant who had occupied part of the property since 2015. Following successful negotiations, terms were agreed a new lease completed so that the sub tenant had uninterrupted occupation and was able to continue his business.
