This Privacy Policy sets out how we will use your personal data when you visit the snellers.com website.

The phrases “Sneller Commercial”, “Snellers Ltd”, “Snellers Property Consultants Ltd”, “us”, “we”, “our” shall, when used herein, mean those members of the Sneller Group Holdings Ltd. on behalf of and in respect of who this statement is made.

We will collect and process the following data about you

Information you give us (Submitted information): This is information you give us about you by filling in forms on the website snellers.com (our Site), or by corresponding with us (for example, by e-mail or by phone). It includes information you provide when you subscribe to any of our Services, share data via the social media functions, send an application for a vacancy and when you report a problem with our Site. If you contact us, we will keep a record of that correspondence.

The success of our business depends on your trust, and we do not sell your personal information to marketers outside of the Sneller Group Holdings Ltd group.

  • Supply and back up our software.

The third party will then provide you with GDPR Privacy Notice and information.

  • Enforce or apply our Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of our Site and other agreements or to investigate potential breaches; or
  • Protect the rights, property or safety of Snellers Limited and Sneller Property Consultant, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.  

Where We Store Your Personal Data

The data that we collect is stored within the UK.

The data collected by our ISP and service providers, may be transferred, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area. As per our Agreements with our Service Providers and their Privacy Statements all the information transferred is treated securely and in accordance with their policies.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Please remember that any information you submit or post as user-generated content to Social Media sites becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other information in such submissions or posts. We cannot prevent others from using such information in a manner that may violate this Privacy Statement, the law, or your personal privacy and safety. We are not responsible for the results of such postings.
